The program of the new government formed by the National Unity Party (UBP) has been submitted to the National Assembly yesterday.

We welcomed that the objective of finding a comprehensive solution for the Cyprus problem has been included in the program of the government. It is also important that the items stated as the basic parameters of a settlement are generally in line with the policy we have been following until today. After this point, productivity of the negotiation process and working for a timely result should be essential.
