no "determination" without "self"

From 29 September to 1 October 2006, the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization, in collaboration with the Khmers Kampuchea-Krom Federation and the Hawai’i Institute for Human Rights, organised a Symposium on “The Right to Self-Determination in International Law,” in The Hague, the Netherlands. The Symposium heard from international panels comprised of a broad range of academic experts, human rights activists, as well as leading practitioners of the right to self-determination. By now you should know one of them pretty well.
