Afghan Opium Fumes
The Report adopted by the European Parliament last 25 October on Afghan Poppy for Medicine is going around the world. "But" says the BBC "while the idea is unlikely to win the support of ministers, the parliament's move has left officials in Afghanistan fuming". My intention was not to anger, but to help, let's see what we can do to make it happen.

including an obvious remark: "The farmers said they would not grow cannabis only if the government provided an alternative source of livelihood or improved the market for their legal crops."
