I highly recommend "Crypto Anarchy, Cyberstates and Pirate Utopias" a collection of writings that reflects the eclectic nature of the online world, as well as its tremendous energy and creativity. Outdated but necessary to build a Libertarian-Socialist foundation. It ends with an interview with Noam Chomsky who, for once, doesn't talk about the Empire but ruminates more on the philosophical pretext of "Anarchy".
